1. Prepare Your Sneakers: Ensure your sneakers are clean and ready for lacing. If you're replacing existing shoelaces, remove the old laces from your sneakers.
2. Thread the Lace Through the Bottom Eyelet: Start by inserting one end of a Lumen Lace through the bottom eyelet (the lowest hole) of your sneaker. Pull the lace through until both ends are even.
3. Cross the Ends and Begin Lacing: Cross the lace ends over each other, making an "X" shape. The end that was on the right side should now be on the left, and vice versa. This is the starting point for lacing your sneakers.
4. Insert the Right Lace: Take the right lace and insert it into the next upper eyelet on the left side of your sneaker, passing it from the outside of the shoe to the inside.
5. Insert the Left Lace: Take the left lace and insert it into the next upper eyelet on the right side of your sneaker, passing it from the outside to the inside.
6. Repeat: Continue this crisscross pattern, alternating between the right and left laces, until you reach the top of your sneakers. Be sure to pull the laces tight as you go to ensure a secure fit.
7. Tighten and Adjust: Once you've reached the top eyelets, pull both laces tight to ensure your sneakers are securely fastened. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure the laces are evenly distributed and snug.
8. Tie a Knot: Tie a standard shoelace knot at the top to keep your laces in place. You can use a single knot or a double knot, depending on your preference.
9. Charge in Light: To activate the glow-in-the-dark effect of Lumen Laces, expose them to light. The more light they absorb, the brighter and longer they will glow. Natural daylight or artificial light sources work well for charging.

Charge the Lumen Laces:

Recharge as Needed:
