  • To schedule an exchange please drop us an email within 24 hours of receiving the package at along with your order, exchange details and an image of the purchased product
  • All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact

How do I cancel an order on

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 6 hours of placing the order order once out for delivery will not be canceled. Simply email us at with your order number mentioned in the subject line.

Please note if the order is cancelled after shipping, then shipping charges applied will not be refunded Or if not paid then cancellation charges will be applied  60 


Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products either for paid or COD orders. Please note the shipping charge which where applicable will not be refunded. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers' bank account details will be required and the refund will be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
